Guests have also access to many great amenities including gym and a rooftop pool with sparkling water views that are truly unforgettable. If you are traveling with more than 5 people we will be more than happy to host your additional guests at Atardecer 2 just beside Atardecer 1!
Things to Note:
This is a brand new development completely finished and waiting for your enjoyment. However please be aware that there is a construction going on near the development, so there might be some construction noise. For this reason we are offering a reduced rate. This is a great deal considering the amenities and great location of this brand new condo.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Parties not allowed.
