This wonderful villa is located in a fairly quiet residential area of Barcares, but it is certainly one of the most authentic areas.
Here you’ll live like a true Majorcan, experiencing pure nature, and just a stone’s throw from the old town of Alcudia.
The whole house is very open and really full of light. As soon as you open the entrance, this unique view stretches from the street to the coast, making you feel as if you are looking straight at the sea from the window.
This marvelous villa provides guests with four very spacious bedrooms that are also friendly and nicely decorated. They all have their own bathroom, two of which are equipped with a wonderfully large bathtub, and the two others have spacious stylish showers.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
