This luxury four-bedroom villa is situated within the premium gated community of Preseve Tamarindo. You will find an spacious living room with a modern fully equipped kitchen.
Just steps from the beach and about fifteen minutes on foot from the downtown Tamarindo. Enjoy the private pool and the deck where you will be able to have a bbq with your friends and family.
The gated community has direct access to Playa Tamarindo (3 minutes) and Playa Langosta (1 minute)
All four bedrooms in the villa are well-equipped. They each have air conditioning and en-suite facilities with waterfall showers. One of the master suites comes with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds, which is perfect for families with 3 or more kids. Rooms are independent between each others so you can enjoy of your time together with the group in the living room, kitchen and outdoor spaces, and relax in your room when needed.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
