Few meters from the Spanish Steps and via Condotti, in the center of Rome, there is our holiday apartment, Villa Medici.This vacation apartment can accommodate up to 8 persons.

The large living room, arranged with antique has the charm of other times. The apartment has 3 functionally furnished bedrooms. Two bathrooms and a large, completely equipped kitchen complete the ambience.

The windows of the sitting room and the triple bedrooms overlook Via della Croce, while the windows of the single room look onto an inner courtyard.Surrounded by carriages, noble palazzos and traditional craft workshops, this apartment will undoubtedly take you back in time to an age of yesteryear.

Located on the second floor of an elegant palazzo (with no lift) on the corner of Via della Croce and Piazza di Spagna, the apartment is composed of a large sitting room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Late check-in (after 9pm): 35€
  • Late check-in (after midnight): 50€
  • City tax: 3,50/person/night, for a maximum of 10 nights, children up to 10yrs old excluded.
