Located on the top floor of an elegant building in via Bocca di Leone, with direct access by elevator. Newly renovated in 2020 with sought-after features delights guests with elegance, the latest furnishing trends and design details.
Upon entering the apartment, we are welcomed by a large living room furnished with two comfortable sofas and a marble top dining table. A large window frames the panorama, enchanting guests with a wonderful view of Trinità dei Monti with the famous (Spanish) steps to reach Piazza di Spagna.
The three bedrooms are divided as two double rooms and one single room.
The apartment features two bathrooms: the first is decorated with light blue mosaic tiles and holds a shower, the other is outfitted with a free standing bathtub and open shower.
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, gas oven and microwave.
Two large panoramic terraces complete the apartment. A smaller one which can be accessed from the kitchen is furnished with chairs and a dining table, perfect to enjoy outdoor eating. The living room leads to the second terrace, furnished with a sofa set from where you can relax and enjoy a unique view of the rooftops and churches of Rome but above all the picturesque sights overlooking Trinità dei Monti and Villa Medici.
Lastly, a spiral staircase leads you to the topfloor rooftop. From here you will have the privilege of a stunning 360 ° view of Rome. Trinità dei Monti, the Quirinale, the Pantheon and St. Peter’s dome: Rome at your feet! An exclusive experience that leaves even the romans speechless by the beauty of it all.
To ensure maximum service for our guests, the apartment is equipped with LCD TV, air conditioning, blutooth Marshall speaker and free WIFI connection.
The recent renovation project preserves and enhances the finishing touches of the apartment namely the beautiful parquet floor and large windows, inserting design elements including resin finishing for the bathroom, oriental-inspired wallpaper and trendy lighting while integrating a stylish mix of antique, modern and current furniture.
