There are 2 more bedrooms on the second floor, one with a queen size bed and the other with 4 bunk beds. The laundry room with washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor. On the third floor you are greeted by a large family room, kitchen and dining area as well as the spectacular views of the ocean through the sliding glass doors. The chef’s kitchen is well appointed with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances - don’t forget the wet bar with wine refrigerator. The large dining table has seating for 12 with seating for another 6 at the kitchen bar. There is a 70" Smart TV in the family room and Smart flat screen TV’s in all of the other bedrooms. There is even a wood burning fireplace. Additional appliances include a kitchen aid mixer, coffee maker, electric kettle, Ninja 2 Bay Air Fryer, Nutrition-Bullet Blender, 3 Tier Steamer toaster, waffle maker, panini maker, croque pot, cuisinart, 15QT boiling pot w/Lid, 8 QT White Enamel Cast Iron Dutch Oven Pot, 8, 10 and 12” cooking pans with lids, 4 QT Cooking pot with Lid and rice maker. Beach is still accessible via the street, 500 steps from the driveway) The senior center that is across from Food Lion has "Blessings Box" where unused nonperishables can be found and donated. Please consider leaving any non-perish there at the end of your trip rather than waste! The box is located on the side of the senior center. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week. There will be a limited (1000) number of annual passes available for purchase for $175. Violations wil be issued if these new rules are not followed.*
