Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - We want all our fantastic guests, like you, to enjoy their stay with us. However, our apartment is located in a residential area and we respect our neighbours and ask that you will do the same. Excessive noise levels, particularly after 22.30, in particular, parties or any noisy events are prohibited. We don't want to cut your stay short but not sticking to these rules will result in being asked to leave immediately without refund 24/7. We know most of our guests aren't looking for a party apartment but if you are, please don't book one of our apartments!
- - Lead guest minimum age is 21
- -Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee of £50.
- -Strictly no stag or hen parties
- -Strictly NO smoking inside the property (penalty £200.00 if signs of smoking have been found)
- - Guest must be at least 21 years old to be able to book.
- - Guests are required to upload a photo ID ahead of arrival via a secured link. This is for insurance and fraud prevention purposes.
- - Please note that a list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee of £150 will be charged.
- - Lost Fob will incur a fee of £100 and lost permits will be a fee of £50.
- -Please note that unauthorised late check out will be a fee of £50 plus additional £18 per hour cleaning fee charge.
