This apartment is located on the first floor of a typical one-storey Conil house. Renovated in 2015 and improved year after year, it is located just 4 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from the town center.
It is also located just one hour from Seville airport, 2 hours from Malaga airport, and just 20 minutes from the Bahía Sur San Fernando train station, which communicates with the Atocha station in Madrid.
The apartment is ideal for working during long periods, since in addition to having a good Wi-Fi connection, it has adequate furniture (chairs and work tables) and adequate lighting. Also, if you need meeting rooms or if one day you want to change the space, you have "corkerspace", a coworking space that is only 5 minutes from the apartment.
It is a very functional, beautiful and fully equipped apartment. It has a comfortable living room with TV with an office-type kitchen, a room with three 110 cm beds. another room with a double bed of 1.50m and a bathroom with shower. Plus, you’ll love enjoying the private rooftop decked out with tables and chairs. This space is shared with another of our apartments, the "loti", although each apartment has an independent space with its own furniture.

The "aba Tropical Colonial" apartment and the "loti" apartment have the washing machine in the room on the roof. Once the washing machine has been turned off, you must wait a couple of minutes for the safety lock on the washing machine door to unlock. The place to hang clothes is the left side of the roof. Refrain from using the right side, as it is the roof area that corresponds to the neighbors below. Remember that this is a windy place, it is important that you know the intensity of the wind each day, it can play tricks on you by closing doors, hanging clothes, towels hanging to dry or anything you have left in the wind current. windows or anywhere on the roof.

The apartments have various beach equipment such as chairs, shovels and umbrellas. Also with thermal boxes for the beach. You can request a cot, high chair and baby bath. This is usually found in the rooftop room, if you don’t see it or it isn’t there, ask for it on the contact phones.

Once inside... most of the lights are lamps that can be switched on with the switch on the cable, either manually or with the foot. In some cases they are switched with the wall switch so if you turn off the light manually with the cable switch, it is likely that later when you press the wall switch to turn on the light again, it will not work.
Cleaning
Currently the apartments are ozonated before cleaning and then cleaned. All contact surfaces are reviewed with products that are as respectful as possible with the environment.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to Property Manager’s property damage policy.
Additional DEP fee €150.00 (Price per stay) must be paid at location.
