The condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 4 people comfortably, but base pricing is set at 4 guests. The first bedroom has a king bed, a desk for any last minute work you need to do before attending a football game, a TV, and an attached bathroom with a tub shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, desk, TV, and attached bathroom with a tub shower.
The condo is located in a gated community and you will have 2 reserved parking spots. There is also a grill on the property for your convenience! The courtyard is shared by several units and is open for you to use.
There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
