The condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 people comfortably, but base pricing is set at 4 guests. The first bedroom has a king bed, a desk for any last minute work you need to do before attending a football game, a TV, and an attached bathroom with a tub shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, desk, TV, and attached bathroom with a tub shower. There is also a huge couch in the living room that can be made to sleep on.
The condo is located in a gated community and you will have 2 reserved parking spots. There is also a grill on the property for your convenience! The courtyard is shared by several units and is open for you to use.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
