LOCATION The villa is located on a fenced plot surrounded by citrus plantations, with natural paths ideal for walking, cycling routes and bird watching. Access is simple, through a compact dirt road that leads to the parking area and an outdoor area equipped for leisure: barbecue with pergola and lawn area with sunbeds for sunbathing. The large swimming pool (20x5 metres) is perfect for doing lengths and keeping fit, and has an outdoor bathroom with shower for greater comfort. At night, the ambient lighting in the barbecue area creates a special atmosphere. The interior of the villa impresses with its high ceilings with wooden details and a rustic and harmonious decoration. The main entrance, flanked by replicas of Terracotta warriors, leads to a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, television and balanced lighting that invites relaxation. The accommodation has five bedrooms for up to 8 people, distributed in three interior rooms with access to the terrace and two exterior rooms that are rented as extra spaces with a supplement. The bedrooms maintain a rustic style with wood and have an en-suite bathroom; two of the rooms with individual beds share a bathroom, and the other two have double beds.
