Apartment located within the Soto de Marbella golf course where you can enjoy with your reservation the services of the club of this same golf course. This club will allow you to play golf, paddle tennis, gym, sauna, have a coffee in the cafeteria and enjoy the views of it. You will have access to these services thanks to an identification plate (you will have 2 per reservation) that you must take care of. In case of loss or deterioration due to misuse, you will have a penalty of € 20.
The apartment, as we have mentioned, is located in an exclusive urbanization, which belongs to the municipality of Ojén, but its location places it in less than 20 minutes on the Mediterranean highway that borders the entire Costa del Sol. This urbanization has a communal pool and a garden area so that you can take a walk, sunbathe, enjoy a bath or simply see the beautiful landscape of the Malaga coast.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Stay and Play B: golf classes: 90 EUR per person. Max. quantity: 10.
- Stay and Play A: unlimited golf: 105 EUR per person. Max. quantity: 10.
