In addition, the spacious terrace that provides access to the house allows you to watch the children while they play or enjoy the bath. For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, the barbecue area is strategically located to have the pool in view, which provides peace of mind while preparing your charcoal or wood-fired meals. It also includes a paella pan for 8 people and fish grills, ideal for sharing special moments. 🍖🔥 The interior features a modern American kitchen integrated into the dining room, equipped with television and all the necessary utensils for you to prepare breakfasts, lunches, or dinners with total comfort. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with three places (bunk bed and single bed), all bright and with exterior windows. The main bedroom has air conditioning for greater comfort, as does the dining room, both with heat pump to adapt to all seasons. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray, perfect for refreshing yourself after a day of activities.
