New for August 2022, this charming cottage is centrally located on Cannon Street in the cathedral city of Bury St Edmunds, just a few doors from the popular Old Cannon Brewery which serves delicious food and real ale to enjoy in or take away, and Suffolk’s only Michelin starred restaurant Pea Porridge.
Interiors are beautifully designed retaining many original features combined with all the modern amenities that you would wish for in a holiday home, and a restful colour pallet throughout. The cosy living room has a glass dining table and chairs so you can dine at home or use the kitchen, through a glazed door at the back, which is well-equipped for self-catering. Both pretty bedrooms on the first floor have double glazing to minimise the noise and are furnished with double beds (one is a 4ft), bedside drawers and a desk for those needing to do a spot of work or studying whilst away. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
