The Neubau, or house of the arcades, was completely renovated in the fall of 2021, while keeping the charm of this historic apartment in Colmar, with modern furniture on the one hand and original parquet floors on the other.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, each with a pull-out bed (for children only).
You can enjoy a living room with, lounge area and a dining area as well as an equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine)
A bathroom with bathtub and toilet completes this accommodation.

This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
