You will stay in an apartment with A/C, located in the famous Rue des Têtes in Colmar. A stone’s throw away from the Unterlinden Museum, you will enjoy a view of the Dominican church and its preserber. The apartment of 100m2 on the ground, completely renovated in July 2019, offers a large living room, lounge / dining room, with a semi open kitchen with a modern and refined decoration. The sleeping area, has two large bedrooms (one with a double bed, and the second one with two singles bed), as well as a cozy mezzanine for one person. The bathroom included bathtub and toilett. With family or friends, up to 7 people (double sofa bed in the living room) can stay, to enjoy the city of Colmar, its Little Venice or these Christmas markets, as well as the rest of the region.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
