There are 3 separate homes one a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, another 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and the third is a studio. Each home has been designed w/private outdoor environments. The perfect stay for multiple families vacationing together but allowing privacy when wanted. The property was designed and built with green practices which are evident throughout. The property provides seclusion from the outside world on a scenic corridor, yet is only minutes from Restaurants, wineries, golf, parks & shopping . Drip Coffee/Keurig combo in main unit Cook Stove in Small Studio unit is not currently operable Not all windows have window coverings . THis house is on well water. The well has a water softener and filtration system however the hot water can, at times, smell of sulfur when first turned on. We...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
