This gorgeous 1.5-acre property reminiscent of the Georgian Bay landscape includes a large deck with a built-in hot tub, a floating dock, a lakeside fire pit, a kids playground, a bunkhouse and a boathouse with dock where you will have access to five kayaks and two stand-up paddleboards. During warmer months we also set out a massive 20’ x 6’ floating mat that can hold up to 1500lbs.

Inside our cottage, you’ll find a welcoming, open-concept living/dining area with water views, large bedrooms and thoughtful décor throughout. The kitchen has been recently renovated and offers all the appliances and cooking wares you need for group meals.

The main floor also contains a powder room and two bedrooms. One bedroom includes two sets of adult-sized bunk beds and an en suite. The other bedroom contains a comfy double bed (note this bedroom can get overly warm during the hottest summer days, so we have another back up...
