We would need your passport copies to register you with building reception and prepare the contract which has to be signed in prior to arrival or at checkin.

At the check in you will have to sign inventory list. The Tourism Dirham Fee is not included in the price and it will be collected upon checkin in cash or card ( link payment). Tourism dirham is tax collected on behalf of Dubai Tourism and Marketing Authority, the tax is 10 dirhams per night per bedroom, only first 30nights of the stay.
