The third-floor master bedroom offers a King Sized bed, a private balcony, a coffee and wine bar, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and a walk-in shower. Walk down to the second floor and find the main living level. On this level you’ll find a spacious living rom with a large wall-mounted flat screen TV perfect for family movie nights. This floor also includes a full bath with a shower, a bedroom with two queen beds and a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with a large island. The generous balcony offers a great spot to enjoy warm Florida evenings, and the living room’s sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space. The first floor features a secondary living room with another sleeper sofa and a wall mounted flat screen TV, plus two guest bedrooms. The mother-in-lawn suite includes a comfortable queen bed and access to the Jack and Jill bathroom, while the kids’ bedroom offers two queen beds and a flat-screen TV. The laundry room is also on this level, conveniently located before the four-seasons room.
