Just 25 minutes from Malaga international airport, and 20 minutes from the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. A few meters away our clients have a shop and a restaurant, as well as shops and supermarkets. Please note that the property is close to the road.

It has three double bedrooms, two with a double bed, and the third with two single beds, two bathrooms, one of them en suite, with a hydromassage bathtub, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a beautiful spacious and practical independent kitchen, as well as of a beautiful porch where you can spend wonderful evenings.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Optional services:
- Stay and Play B: golf classes: 90 EUR per person. Max. quantity: 10.
- Stay and Play A: unlimited golf: 105 EUR per person. Max. quantity: 10.
- Arrival out of schedule: 60 EUR per booking.
- Stay and Play A: golf clubs : 30 EUR per person. Max. quantity: 10.
