2 Old Foundry is an absolutely wonderful, ’upside down’ holiday home in the heart of the beautiful village of Long Melford, one of Suffolk’s most attractive villages.

Take some ’time out’ together in the airy, open plan living/dining/kitchen space upstairs with high vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and luxurious furnishings . Comfortably sleeping four adults, there’s a king size bed in the main bedroom and king/twin divan beds in the second bedroom with the bathroom and cloakroom also on the ground floor.

With secure parking for two cars, this property offers the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing retreat within walking distance to an array of independent shops, galleries, antique centres, cafes, restaurants and pubs, including The Cock and Bell pub directly opposite which has its own garden or you can enjoy relaxing in the shared outdoor seating area at home.

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
