You enter into a bright lounge area, open plan through to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. From here you will find the pretty outside patio with seating area. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom, a twin room and a shower room. Here you will also find the utility area with washing machine. On the second floor is a further double bedroom, full bathroom and a second lounge area with views across to the Puig de Maria. There is a second small patio here to enjoy morning coffee al fresco. A second kettle and nespresso machine is on this level with complimentary tea and coffee provided for you.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
