The Home
Our well-kept holiday home in the sunny south of Tenerife is furnished to a high standard so that you will not miss anything.
On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with dining area, the well-equipped kitchen and a guest toilet.
From here you have easy access to the private terrace with a romantic little garden.
If you use the other exit, you come to the community pool of the small residential complex, which you can of course use.
On the upper floor you will find the two light-flooded
Bedroom (of course with folding shutters to darken) each with a balcony and the well-equipped bathroom.
The two bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes.
In the larger room (’rojo’) there is also a small one
Desk, a shelf cabinet and a safe.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
