Penthouse Beach Holiday is a fully furnished with three-bedroom, three-bathroom and with a fully equipped kitchen. Excellent location on First Avenue with stunning Caribbean Ocean views from your private rooftop terrace and a block from the famous Fifth Ave., with all its glamour from restaurants to shopping and nightlife and only two blocks from Mamitas Beach, the most popular and hip beach in Playa del Carmen.
At the rooftop there is a Solarium with a Jacuzzi, shower, table and lounge chairs. The third bedroom is at this level with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom.
Every morning and evening you have a beautiful sunrise and sunset view of the ocean and the Island of Cozumel. Take a dip in the Jacuzzi and watch the beautiful Caribbean Sea.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
