The Home
VILLA 1916 is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit on the first floor. A stairway leads to Bedroom 1 which is quite spacious and has a Queen size bed, aircon and en-suite Bathroom with bath/shower combo. Bedroom 2 has a tri-bunk with a roof fan, while Bedroom 3 has a double bed with a roof fan. Both rooms are on the smaller side. Bathroom 2 is located between Room 2 and Room 3, and has a shower.
The kitchen has a tumble dryer and washing machine while the open plan living area has an aircon and DStv with selected channels. Braai facilities are available on the patio that boasts a lovely view of the lagoon. Uncapped WIFI is provided and the passwords are in the flip file located in the unit.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
