Champion View Retreat is a single-level home with 3 Primary Suites. Primary Suite #1 with king bed and massive spa-like ensuite provides is steps away from the pool and spa. Primary Suite #2 has a California King bed and its own ensuite. Primary Suite #3, offers flexibility in sleeping arrangements with 2 Twin XL beds that can be combined as a King with a luxurious topper. This room also features a wonderful sitting area and extra sleeping space with Queen Sleeper sofa. There is also a bonus bedroom with a bunk bed with double/full bed on the bottom and twin on the top (great for the kids). The family room has 2x queen sleeper sofas. This is the perfect home for a large family gathering, or for friends to share - with plenty of sleeping room. The living room and lanais have been elegantly furnished with plenty of comfortable seating throughout. The large private pool and hot tub are the perfect place to spend the day, or rest after a fun day of exploring the island. County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely. A short walk away is famous 49 Black Sand Beach.
