Ideal for a couple, a young couple with children under three years old, people having business meetings in Paris or digital nomads.
Located in the Pasteur-Montparnasse district, ten minutes walk from the Montparnasse train station and thirty minutes from Orly airport, this flat is the ideal place to discover and explore Paris for your tourist stay or your business meetings. Many metro and bus lines are available within a five-minute walk.
Located in a very quiet street, the flat is nevertheless close to many bars, restaurants, food shops or supermarkets, making your daily life easier.
The main tourist attractions of Paris are within easy reach: Invalides, Eiffel Tower, Trocadero and many others.
If you are in Paris for a business trip or to work, the flat offers you free coffee, high speed fibre internet and a very comfortable desk with an extra screen for your laptop and a courtesy guest account on an iMac.
The flat has plenty of space for you alone and is constantly flooded with light (through). It has a large living room with sofa and armchair, a dining area (large table, four chairs), a large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle...), a bathroom with shower, toilet and a large master bedroom. Cupboards are available to store your belongings.
A baby bed is also available free of charge (for children under three years old).
You can also take advantage of the balcony with a garden view to get some fresh air, have your breakfast or your meal outside if the weather allows it.
Located in a very quiet residence, you will be asked to respect the quietness of the neighbourhood and to be very discreet in the common areas.
Having chosen to let you enjoy this beautiful flat during my periods of absence, you will be able to take advantage of a large fridge in the kitchen, the space of which is to be shared. In addition, various food products are available if you wish; you will only be asked, in case of consumption, to replace them by an equivalent product (Franprix supermarket at 150m).
Some rooms and cupboards in this flat are private and not accessible. In order to ensure the security of your stay and for the sake of transparency and privacy, the flat is equipped with a video camera in the entrance hall (which cannot film the living rooms), a noise detector (which cannot record sound) and Alexa devices (which can be unplugged) to the exclusion of any other such device.
I hope you have a great stay!
