Panacea is a split-level Villa, very private and situated partially in a green belt. Wall to ceiling glass paneled bay windows lets in streams of light on gleaming wood and tastefully designed decor. Panacea is split-level 4-bedroom villa with a separate fifth studio bedroom on a lower level. Views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lion’s Head mountain can be enjoyed from the open plan lounge and dining room which flows onto a large wooden deck with outside dining and a Jacuzzi.

The modern kitchen, also open plan to the 10-seater dining room, is fully equipped and has a separate scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Three bedrooms, each with their own air conditioning heating/cooling units, are located on the upper level and the fourth room is located on the entrance level.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
