This beautiful apartment prides itself on having beautiful views of the gardens and pool and is surrounded by evergreen trees, beautiful shrubs and tropical palms. While sipping a glass of your favorite beverage in the gorgeous outdoor living room on our private porch.
The large outdoor area has its own Club House with BBQ area, with sun loungers, umbrellas and a rest area for you to use while enjoying the Caribbean sun. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
- Management Fee:
- 30 USD per booking (vat not included).
- - The following services are not included in the price and must be paid at check-in:
- Air-conditioning: 0.3 USD per kW.
- - Optional services:
- Airport Transfer Two way: 70 USD per booking. Max. quantity: 2.
- - Pets are not allowed.
- - Groups of young people are not allowed.
