This beautiful and comfortable holiday home is located in the small village of Valbandon near Fazana. It consists of two separate living units connected by internal staircase, making it ideal for the stay of two families or a group of friends. On the ground floor there is also a nice tavern available, ideal for convivial hours. You can relax in the refreshing pool. In just a few minutes drive you can reach the beautiful beaches and in a few more also the city center of Pula with its many cultural and historical attractions. You can also visit the Brijuni National Park. The house owner prepares a dinner for free. All bedroom and bathroom linen is included. Bath towels are also provided. This property comes with Free Wi-Fi, Free Air Conditioning.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
