Fully Furnished 3bed 2bath, quiet, gorgeous and space, ground floor, Located just a few steps to Clubhouse with Community Pool and many other amenities. Free to enjoy community resort-style pool, a full arcade/game room, state-of-the-art fitness center, a movie theater room, convenience store, BBQ/picnic areas, playground, and tiki bar. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and Central Florida tourist attractions. Come with family or friends to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by excitement! Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 72 degrees. The minimum age required is 18. Our office hours are 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm. Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability. NO landline phone is provided

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
