Beautiful, 5BR/3BA pool home in Davenport. Great entertaining home with screen enclosed pool in covered lanai. Comes with two Large master bedroom with private bathroom. Third bedroom comes with a queen bed. Fourth and Fifth bedrooms comes with 2 twin beds on each bedroom. The pool area is amazing, you will have a lot of fun with family and friends. It is located close to Disney parks, in a residential community with a basketball court and community pool.. Only minutes away from the attractions, shopping and restaurants! Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74C. The minimum age required is 18. Office hours every day from 9am to 10pm. Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability. Surveillance cameras on the entrance. BBQ and pool heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed less than 7 days before arrival. NO landline...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
