Welcome to our single family home built in 2021 located in Lindsford of Fort Myers, Florida. Our seasonal rental home features a 2 car garage, an open floor plan and a beautiful lake view! Lindsford is centrally located between the Colonial Blvd and MLK Jr Blvd exits off of I-75 and is only about a 20 min drive to the SW Florida International Airport, JetBlue Park and the Lee County Sports Complex (where the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins do their spring training). There are a ton of fun outdoor activities available at the community amenities center including a resort style pool, spa and lots of court sports!
Upon entering the home you will come into the main hallway. As you walk down it to the right are two of the home’s four bedrooms. The second bedroom faces the front of the home and has a Queen bed, a large picture window that looks out towards the front yard, 2 lamps, a dresser and an accent chair.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
