Located at the heart of old town Port Aransas, Punta Nacho is in the perfect central location. This private house is just minutes from the beach, the Horace Caldwell Pier, and walking distance to the marina, souvenir shops, Boutiques, and all the best restaurants that Port Aransas has to offer. It’s also just one block from the only grocery store on the island for those last-minute supplies. Those wishing to experience the area’s natural beauty can explore the Port Aransas Birding Center and the many Wildlife Refuges within minutes of the house. The long driveway can accommodate a boat/kayak trailer with vehicle, plus two other spots. Total parking for 4 vehicles. Sorry, no pets allowed at this home.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
