Villa Alita is located within the countryside area of Estoi, offering stunning views over these idyllic surroundings. The villa is one of two three bedroom properties that would be ideal to book together for a large gathering, Villa Clareta is the neighbouring house that shares the external grounds including the swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The villas are close to each other, yet as they are built on different levels they also both offer much privacy.
The estate is accessed via a small rural track through pretty gates leading into the grounds and parking area. Villa Alita offers a charming rustic feel, with modern design and furnishings throughout. The living areas are all bright and airy, with large glass windows constantly offering you varying views of the stunning outdoors. The lounge has exposed beams and a fireplace making it a cosy spot to curl up and read your book whilst still making the most of the views....

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
