Set amidst peaceful countryside, close to the Arrábida Natural Park, Villa Abelia is located on a farm, from where you can take a direct path to the quiet Foz beach.
With accommodation for up to sixteen guests in the main building and further apartment, it’s an excellent choice for a larger group and offers a roof terrace, fourteen acres of gardens and a stunning 10m x 5m swimming pool.
A lovely terrace area offers plenty of open space, with seating and dining areas. You have views out to the villa’s private lake and towards the ocean beyond.
The outlook is even better from the roof terrace, with its views to Sintra to the west and the Espichel Cape to the south. The outdoor space also includes a barbecue, plus plenty of parking and a selection of bicycles on which to explore the local area.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
