This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, wheelchair accessible holiday villa is a unique 3 bedroom villa with it all being on ground level, making it a perfect holiday for families with small children and/or guests with mobility issues that may require mobility aids. Bedroom 2 can be made into 2 single beds from the queen on request. There is also and option to use the couch as sofa bed for extra guests if needed.
Villa 53 is located within the Cape View Resort complex and is just a short walk to the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay, a 10 minute drive to the Busselton Jetty, City Shopping and Food Precinct.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
