Casa Garza has windows on 3 sides, this casa is bright and airy, with a terrace on the front living room side, as well as a large covered patio and yard/garden to the back.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need plus more! The décor of the condo has a rich Mexican heritage design with beautiful custom furnishings throughout. The bathrooms are both complete with stand up shower, hair dryer and (even a flat iron in the main bathroom). Both bedrooms have TVs with hundreds of channels and full sized closets so you can unpack with ease. The condo is equipped with mini-split air conditioning in all rooms for year-round comfort.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
