The Space:
You will enter the villa on the main floor entry where there is a beautiful sitting room area with pull-out couch and many windows that let in lots of natural light.
The lower-level offers two spacious bedrooms that each have a walk-out sliding door to the backyard outdoor space. One bedroom has a double bed and the other is equipped with two single beds. This lower level also has a full bathroom across the hall from the bedrooms for easy access.
Take the staircase up to the fully-loaded, open-concept kitchen and dining space where you will also find a half bathroom for your guests. THERE ARE VIEWS FROM EVERY WINDOW! You can enjoy a morning coffee on the upper balcony or even sit and enjoy the patio furniture up...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
