Welcome to this absolutely unique hacienda-style suites, a huge beachfront property, located between Progreso and Chicxulub Puerto, that is the most elegant residencial area in Yucatán.
The property have been recently remodelled and now it offers 13 simple bedroom and 1 double bedroom, each one with en-suite bathroom, for a total of 30 guests. The double bedroom has 2 en-suite bathrooms and can take up to 4 guests.
The cleaning fee includes the daily services of a cleaning lady.
The Space:
All the common areas are large enough to accommodate a large group, from the parking inside the front patio, to the living room, the dinning room, the swimming-pool or the front yard overviewing the beach and the Ocean.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
