Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- - There is an extra charge for pool heating and must be requested in advance

- - Some of the bedrooms can be made up as twin on request
- - Bedroom 6 has low, sloped ceilings, not suitable for very tall guests
- - Glass walls in bathrooms between shower, WC and bidet leave little “privacy’”.
- - Additional tower apartment with two bedrooms is accessed through an exterior staircase only (25 steps) and has not been renovated to the same standard as the rest of the home yet.
- - Home spans 4 floors; guests have full use of 3 floors while an interior staircase leads to a private owner suite that is not accessible to guests.
- - Old-style Italian kitchen is better suited for use by local staff – adding a chef service to this reservation is highly recommended.
- - A mandatory nominal touristic tax per person per night is applicable on all reservations and paid either at check-in or check-out (please inquire for specific information).
- - A security deposit might be required after booking confirmation (IT0056)
