This vacation rental home is tucked away at the end of a dead end street giving our guests the ultimate privacy. Our home features 1000 square feet under air with an open floor plan with a completely refurbished interior including a fabulous kitchen and totally refurbished bathrooms. We hope our guests will enjoy the large screened lanai and our over sized privacy fenced in backyard with a patio and grilling area, and a fire pit.
Upon entering our home guests will come into the family room which features a large wall mounted TV, a sectional sofa and a wooden live edge coffee table. This room opens up to the kitchen which has recently been completely refurbished with high end stainless steel appliances, tall hardwood cabinets, a marble backsplash tile, and a farmhouse ceramic sink with a rose gold faucet. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
