The Home
Villa’s property with it’s gardens and surrounding spreads over 2000 square meters surface and 750 square meters of interior. It consists of 7 luxury rooms each size around 50 to 70 square meters and every one of them has it’s private balcony with dining table and deckchairs with mattresses.
Every suite has a king size bed and a private spacious bathroom with bathtub or shower.
Wellness part has two saunas, jacuzzi (two of them) , massage table (pre-order request) and fully equipped gym with outside pool and seaview.
Our concierge team will be available for all additional requests and advices.
Made of beautiful Brač white stone which is a true jewel of island Brač – surrounded by gardens, palm trees and olives - it really deserves to be named as a Palace .
Security Deposit of EUR1500 to be collected upon arrival.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
