Leeward Jewel Villa is a New Unique Luxury Villa on the breathtakingly beautiful Island of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The Leeward Jewel Luxury Villa is a private luxurious villa located on the canal in the prestigious gated community of Leeward Settlement! The Villa offers guests a small boutique resort feeling and is perfect for large groups, family gatherings, weddings and special occasions. The Villa boasts a large commercial kitchen, full bar, 7 bedrooms, and fitness studio. The outdoor living space includes a pool, hot tub, 2 fire pits and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the view of the canal! This Super Villa is also known as a Micro Resort due to the Balinese influenced design. It is professionally decorated with top of the line luxurious furnishings. The Main House has a commercial kitchen, full bar, large screen T.V, state of the art sound system and 2 master bedrooms with spectacular soaker tubs and walk-in closets. An additional 5 bedrooms are situated around the pool with private keyed access, brand new air conditioning units, Amazon Alexas, and 49″ T.V’s. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. All rooms and Bar area have VOIP Phones which allows you unlimited USA & Canada phone service. Also this system allows you to call internally to all rooms and main Villa phones. The commercial kitchen and bar make this the ideal venue for small weddings, private parties and exclusive retreats in an unmatched tropical setting. The kitchen has a char broiler grill, 2 ovens, 6 burner gas range, deep fryer, commercial fridge and 4-drawer freezer. The kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of spices, utensils, cookware, and dishes that make it easy to create excellent meals! The Leeward Jewel Bar includes has a superb ice make & larger 3 glass door fridge. Additionally, as part of our warm welcome to the island, we have included a keg from Turks Head Brewery, the island’s only locally brewed beer. Additional kegs can be provided upon request at a cost of $75 USD each. Other bar amenities include a microwave, coffee and espresso maker. Guest Rooms Each guest room has its own private entrance and full bath. The rooms are spacious and get plenty of sun. Large patio sliders allow guests to maximize the beautiful views of the canal and pool area. Diamond Suite is a master bedroom on the left side of Villa when arriving in the Main House. The Suite includes a king-size memory foam bed & Air Conditioning and a remote controlled ceiling fan. Also a large wall mounted TV with Local Cable & Netflix is ready to go! The luxurious air conditioned en-suite bath includes a super soaker tub, shower & private water closet. The suite also has a large walk in closet with a safe, and plenty of storage. All suites come equipped with Amazon Alexa & inter suite VoIP phones with unlimited calling into the USA & Canada. All suites are equipped with in room wireless access points for super fast Internet. The Ruby Suite is a master bedroom on the right side of Villa when arriving in the Main House. The Suite includes a king-size memory foam bed & Air Conditioning and a remote controlled ceiling fan. The suite includes 2 queen beds, mini fridge, a walk-in shower, a large flat screen T.V., Amazon Alexa and Air Conditioning. The Turquoise Suite is located next to the Main House and overlooks the pool. The suite includes a king bed, mini fridge, a large walk-in shower, a large flat screen T.V., Amazon Alexa and Air Conditioning. The Pearl Suite is located next to the Fitness Studio and overlooks the pool, with a canal view. The suite includes 1 King bed, mini fridge, a walk-in shower, a large flat screen T.V., Amazon Alexa and Air Conditioning. The Leeward Jewel Villa offers several on-site amenities including an outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, BBQ, and 2 fire pits. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with plenty of outdoor seating for guests to sit back and enjoy the view of the canal. Additionally, guests have unlimited access to 8 kayaks and 5 stand-up paddle boards with easy access to the ocean from the Villa’s backyard canal. The villa is short drive to a variety of popular restaurants, services and local attractions.
