The Leeward Jewel Luxury Villa is a private luxurious villa located on the canal in the prestigious gated community of Leeward Settlement! The Villa offers guests a small boutique resort feeling and is perfect for large groups, family gatherings, weddings and special occasions. The Villa boasts a large commercial kitchen, full bar, 7 bedrooms, and fitness studio. The outdoor living space includes a pool, hot tub, 2 fire pits and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the view of the canal!
This Super Villa is also known as a Micro Resort due to the Balinese influenced design. It is professionally decorated with top of the line luxurious furnishings.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The following services are not included in the price and must be paid at check-in:
- Air-conditioning: 0.55 USD per kW.
- - Optional services:
- Credit Card (If paying with credit card please check 4% fee): 4% of the booking price.
- Mid-week Clean: 200 USD per booking.
- Groceries: 100 USD per booking.
- Additional Housekeeping: 200 USD per day.
- Extra Beds: 75 USD per day. Max. quantity: 2.
- Baby high chair: 15 USD per day. Max. quantity: 2.
- Crib: 25 USD per day. Max. quantity: 1.
- - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
- - Towels are changed every 7 days.
- - Pets are not allowed.
- - Groups of young people are not allowed.
