Relaxation is the state of being free from tension and anxiety. The Wet Feet Retreat condo was purchased with the intention of providing a retreat for relaxing the mind and restoring the soul.
This is a military family owned, newly renovated, downstairs, one bedroom condo with new furnishings. The bedroom features additional sound insulation in the ceiling, a queen size bed, a lounge chair, and a 24” HD TV. The full bath provides a tub and shower to complement the quiet, comfortable getaway.
The living area is tastefully furnished in a cool, calm coastal décor. Included is a new sofa with queen size sleeper and side chair to relax on. This coastal themed retreat offers a 50” Smart TV, WiFi, cable TV, DVD player, movies, books, and card games.
After spending a long day at the beach, take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite seafood dishes, a hearty breakfast, or your favorite beverage.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
