There is nowhere in the world quite like Costa Rica. And no better place to absorb its beauty than our lovingly remodeled vacation rental in the rainforest, Casa Palmeras. With 2500 sq. ft. of interior living space, this standalone rental home shares no spaces or walls with anyone else.
In fact, it is one of the most private properties at Palmas Pacifica, a green, gated community in the jungle near Quepos.
We bought this home from its former owners in 2022 and went right to work on improvements, updating all three bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the living and dining area. We added natural stone throughout and furnished with hardwoods to create a tranquil retreat that is at one with its beautiful surroundings.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
