3BR Casa Palmeras is located in a private gated community called Palmas Pacifica, 2km from Quepos town, and 9km from Manuel Ant. beach & NP.
Palmas Pacifica consists of large areas of primary and secondary forests, but also features a school, tennis courts, a jungle night tour, butterfly garden and several other rental homes, all of which are very private.
The HUGE pool makes this home perfect for families with kids!
Casa Palmeras features Fiber Optic Wi-Fi for our guests and Cable TV ;)
The space

There are 3 air conditioned bedrooms with en-suite baths, one has a king bed, one a queen and one a double bed.One of the bedrooms is on the lower floor, the other 2 are upstairs.All baths have showers with hot water.The private pool is NOT heated (not common in our area).

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
