Our Mot Mot Villa was uniquely designed to merge the Tropical and Mediterranean styles.
The house can be opened up completely to the terrace allowing for a tropical outdoor living experience and allowing the soft breezes to cool the interior of the villa.
Between the 4 hospitable bedrooms (2-King, 1-Queen, 1-Double, 1-2 extra single beds are available upon request), all with AC, and 3000 square feet of living space, the villa can comfortably accommodate 8-10 of your closest amigos.
The spacious king-size master bedroom as well as the upstairs living area & fully equipped, modern kitchen have access to the wrap-around terrace overlooking the pool and surrounding rainforest. There is a second smaller bedroom on this level, as well.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
