Located high up on Geneva Drive, this villa offers beautiful ocean and mountain views and is perfect for a family reunion or large groups travelling together.
The Space:
This villa is built over two levels; the upper level consists of a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area.
Patio doors open up on to a large outdoor terrace (also with its own dining table and chairs).
This upper level also houses two of the bedrooms (both ensuite).
This entire area enjoys views on to the garden and pool area, and to the ocean beyond.
On the lower level of the house are four en-suite bedrooms (including the expansive master bedroom with its own walk-in cupboard and large bathroom).
Each of these bedrooms opens up onto the garden area via large glass sliding doors.
Possibly the best feature of the property is the outdoor space.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
